Another great month of progress at Trafford Gardens. The development is really taking shape now as the windows have been
installed and the external brickwork brings the building to life. Internally, the focus continues to be on partitioning the units and installing First Fix Mechanical and Electrical. The team have now partitioned out the plots up to level 10. The two lifts have been installed. Plastering of the apartments will soon begin and will take roughly two weeks per floor. This installation process will continue methodically until all of the apartments have been laid out. We look forward to sharing some snap shots of the individual units and the amazing views soon. If you have any questions on the status
of the build or your purchase please do get in touch.

A sunny day to end February at Trafford Gardens. The focus and activity in the months ahead will be on creating the individual apartment units and ‘First Fix Mechanical and Electrical’. This stage involves installing the main electrical cables, conduit runs, socket locations, light fixture positions, as well as the primary plumbing pipes for water supply and drainage, all concealed within the walls and floors. As of February the Linear team have partitioned the units up to Level 7 of 12. The mechanical and electrical team then follow up through the building as seen in the photos below. Externally, the final windows are being installed, and the brickwork is nearing the full height of the facade. The brick work to the Talbot Road facing side will follow once the scaffolding and lift are
removed. The roof and Residents Garden are watertight and the views of Old Trafford and the city skyline are incredible! Work continues to progress well and we look forward to sharing our first Site Tour video update in March. If you have any
questions on the status of the build or your purchase please do get in touch.
